Separate waste – Launched in 2013
The company has 7 types of containers of its own productions, because the only way that allows you to engage the processing of up to 100% recycled materials with a high degree of waste is to separate the collection, and From the company’s concern for the environment, the price of these containers is 2 times lower than analogs.
Recycling Styrofoam into Polystyrene concrete – Launched in 2003
A kindergarten was built from recycled materials in 2011, the savings was 50% on construction, and 30% savings in operation compared to traditional material
Polymer sands – Launched in 2006
polymeric sand reduces the amount of water that can wash between the pavers and down into the base materials, in addition to the long life of this product, it serves not less than 20 years ,the Pavement tile and roof tile made from mix plastic waste:
PEHD, HDPE, PP, PS. PET Sheet production from recycled PET bottles – Launched in 2016
There are three application options for this method which are:
- Ready greenhouse from plastic with a long service life
- Glazing of industrial buildings
- Thermoforming sheet of various products
The company produces 7 products of Nano-structured moldings from PET bottles which are ( PET sheet, PET films, round pipes, profile pipes, channel, I beam, and Pillars), these products are better than any other products in the market because they are 3 times lighter, two and times stronger, they are also simpler and easier to install, they have totally inert material, and two times longer life than other plastics.
Polymer sleepers for railways from plastic waste The company made prototypes, also a certification of sleepers for further production is required.
Modular systems for cities These modules are made from mix plastic waste: PEHD, HDPE, PP, PS, this technology is ready for mass production.
Transformation of PVC advertising banners into useful products – Launched in 2016
This project is ready for serial production.
Production of Bio-packaging from algae-Start of technology development in Oct 2017
Algae breed in the most economical and environmentally friendly way, technology algae are processed in a special way:
- A special ecological binder is added to the algae
- The eco-friendly dye can be added at this point
- After mixing all the ingredients, the products are stamped.
- After drying, products can be used.
- After use, it can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way
Since 2003 our corporation ” do collect, recycling plastic waste, and manufacture construction materials from it. Also, they are developing new technologies in the recycling area and production equipment for recycling.
